We've just slashed the fixed two-year interest rate on the Perfect 10 mortgage package to 3.79% to give homebuyers an even bigger boost

The Perfect 10 is a market-leading product featuring a mortgage from the Woolwich where the buyer only has to supply a 10% deposit.
They borrow the other 90% of the value of their new Bovis Home at a very competitive fixed interest rate of 3.79%. After two years the rate reverts to a lifetime tracker at Barclays Bank Base Rate + 2.99%, which currently equates to just 3.49%. The overall cost for comparison is 3.7% APR.
With this great scheme you also get £500 towards legal fees.
