HomeBuy Direct - a new way to buy

We've teamed up with the Government to offer you this exciting new shared equity scheme in which you pay only 70% of the purchase price.

With HomeBuy Direct the remaining 30% if provided by the Government's Homes and Communities Agency, HCA - and Bovis Homes. You have 25 years to repay the 30% balance while enjoying 100% ownership of one of our brand new homes!

Home Buy Direct is ideal for first-time buyers, key workers, or those re-entering the housing market. It's available now on a range of new homes in more than 20 attractive locations across England.

Jumpstart

Think you can't afford a new home? Think again.

With our Jumpstart shared equity scheme you pay as lilttle as 85% of the purchase price of a new Bovis Home upfront - we provide the remaining 15% balance. You enjoy 100% ownership and have a 10 year period to purchase the remaining share and you're free to sell at any time!
