Getting around…
Despite its island location, Abbey Place enjoys excellent communication links, with the A249 connecting the Isle of Sheppey to the A2, London and the rest of Kent. The island's railway station at Sheerness-on-Sea offers a regular service to London Victoria via Sittingbourne with a journey time of one hour twenty minutes.
