You can simply sit back and relax while we do the hard work for you. With your old place sold, you’re free to make the move to the Bovis Home of your choice.

And once you have a buyer, Bovis Homes can also recommend expert and cost effective solicitors who can carry out the legal work on both your current property and your new Bovis Home.

Even after you’ve bought a new Bovis Home, we continue to help.
We will arrange a home demonstration before you move in and afterwards we will arrange a courtesy visit. If you encounter any problems with your new home, our customer care team are always on hand to help. In short, we’ll do everything we can to make your move go as smoothly as possible.

Helping you achieve a Smooth Move

Step 1
When you decide on a new Bovis Home, all you have to do is register with our Smooth Move service.
An upfront fee of £500 will be required - all of which is refundable against the reservation fee and purchase price of your new home.*

Step 2
We will arrange for one or more estate agents to value your existing property and agree a realistic selling price with you. A Home Information Pack - HIP - may be required.

Step 3
We will instruct the estate agent and deal with them on your behalf while marketing your property, saving you precious time.

Step 4
Once a buyer is found, you can reserve your new Bovis Home and on legal completion, we will pay the estate agent's fees.
