We could buy your property from you - no chain, no estate agents!

We'll arrange for at least two local estate agents to value your current home and, if your property is suitable, we'll advise you of the purchase price we are willing to offer.

All we ask is that the property you are selling is worth no more than 75% of the value of the new Bovis Home you wish to purchase.

With our Home Exchange scheme, we can help to make the whole process of buying and selling that much easier!

And even after you’ve bought a new Bovis Home, we continue to help.
We will arrange a home demonstration before you move in and afterwards we will arrange a courtesy visit. If you encounter any problems with your new home, our customer care team are always on hand to help. In short, we’ll do everything we can to make your move go as smoothly as possible.
